Audiotrain courses are open to adults, ie 18 years or over, involved in audio or radio production OR (depending on the course) interested in entering audio or radio production.  If you are a new entrant to audio/radio please see course details to see if you have the requisite background, and email the course organiser if you are still unsure.  Most of our courses, and some of our masterclasses, are aimed at raising the skills of people already working in such production.

As the courses are proving very popular we have to limit each company to a maximum of TWO learners on any one course.  However there is currently no limit on the number of courses an individual can attend - it is first-come, first-served.

Where discounted tickets are shown for students, that price is available only to students currently registered at a recognised instutution of further or higher education, and proof will need to be provided after booking, such as a scan of a current student card, or a relevant official email address.  Everyone else who is eligible must pay full price.

Audiotrain masterclasses are a little more flexible, so we can accept people with less experience in audio/radio production, particularly if they wish to move into it from another medium or profession.  And there is just a small charge for masterclasses.

CANCELLATION: please note that fees for masterclasses and 'Leaders' Forum' events are not refundable.  We WILL try and refund a cancelled place on a course, but only if that place is re-sold, because our budgets are extremely tight, and a single cancellation can make a course un-viable.  To cancel a place, please use the link on the email you got from Bookwhen at the time of booking AND IMPORTANTLY please email This email address is being protected from spambots. (The previous wording on eligibility, where it was limited to residents of England, and excluded students in full-time higher or further education, no longer applies, as that was a condition of the grant aid we were receiving at that time.  Similarly the previous limit of a maximum of three courses per individual was set by our funder, and no longer applies)
