Phil will be joined by Will Jackson, RIG's Managing Director, to talk about the new opportunities under next year's new BBC Charter, which will implement 'Compete or Compare' with more of its radio commissioning opening up to full competition - 60% by 2022.

The session is chaired by Caroline Elliot, Quattrain, there will be plenty of time for questions and it will be followed by a drink with other leaders from the audio industry.
